Description

Serve your fruit and or cookies in a fabulous, easy to make dip. It's perfect for those fun summertime gatherings.

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
• 3/4 c. lemon curd plus 2 T. for topping
• shortbread cookies, for serving
• strawberries, for serving

Steps

1. Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; slowly add the cream while continuing to mix. Once the cream cheese and heavy cream are well combined, add 3/4 c. lemon curd; mix to combine.
2. Scoop into a serving bowl; top with remaining lemon curd. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with shortbread cookies and strawberries.
