Serve your fruit and or cookies in a fabulous, easy to make dip. It's perfect for those fun summertime gatherings.
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
3/4 c. lemon curd plus 2 T. for topping
shortbread cookies, for serving
strawberries, for serving
Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; slowly add the cream while continuing to mix. Once the cream cheese and heavy cream are well combined, add 3/4 c. lemon curd; mix to combine.
Scoop into a serving bowl; top with remaining lemon curd. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with shortbread cookies and strawberries.
Makes 2 cups.
