This corn comes out very flavorful and won’t even need to have more butter slathered on the cob.
5-6 ears of corn
1 c. milk
1/2 stick (4T.) butter
Boil a large pot of water; add milk and butter to the boiling water. Add the corn; cook for 6-8 minutes. Remove corn from the water.
5-6 servings.
*Summer corn is usually sweet enough that it shouldn’t need any additional sweetener, but adding sugar could be a great option if working with corn that may need a flavor boost.
