Description
Make a healthy snack or a light lunch easily with just a few ingredients. You can also rub a bit or garlic on the toast and add tomato slices, if desired.
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 t. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1/8 t. red pepper flakes
Steps
- Toast bread; top toast with avocado slices, mashing the avocado lightly with a fork. Drizzle with the oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.
- Makes 2 slices of toast.
