12 oz. bow tie pasta
2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed or shredded (leftover or rotisserie work great)
1 c. seedless red grapes
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. dried cranberries
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. cashews
1/2 bottle Litehouse coleslaw dressing, found in refrigerated section near produce section
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Cook bowtie pasta in well salted water according to package directions until al dente, 8-15 minutes; drain. Pour drained, cooked pasta and remaining ingredients into a large serving bowl.
Mix Litehouse dressing with mayonnaise; pour over salad. Chill until serving.
