Do you want a super simple, quick to prepare dish that can be served as a side or as a light meal? This is it! It's pretty, full of fresh ingredients and flavor.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. bow tie pasta
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed or shredded (leftover or rotisserie work great)
- 1 c. seedless red grapes
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. cashews
- 1/2 bottle Litehouse coleslaw dressing, found in refrigerated section near produce section
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Steps
- Cook bowtie pasta in well salted water according to package directions until al dente, 8-15 minutes; drain. Pour drained, cooked pasta and remaining ingredients into a large serving bowl.
- Mix Litehouse dressing with mayonnaise; pour over salad. Chill until serving.
