Do you need a simple to make but fantastically delicious main dish for dinner on a busy week night? Go no further, this one is it. Serve it with your favorite side dishes and a salad, if desired.
Ingredients
- 1 c. bottled Italian dressing
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 T. olive oil
- 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
Steps
- Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing for a few hours to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Cook chicken 2 minutes per side; place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet.
