Elevate those frozen french fries to a new level with a little truffle oil, truffle salt and garlic. Then serve them with a wonderful truffle mayonnaise that is a must to try.
Ingredients
- 1 head garlic
- olive oil
- 14 oz. frozen french fries (about half of bag)
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- ¼ t. salt
- 1 T. truffle oil (available in specialty stores or online)
- grated Parmesan cheese
- truffle salt (available in specialty stores or online)
Steps
- Roasted Garlic:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the top off a head of garlic to expose the cloves; drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap completely in aluminum foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven to cool. Once cool enough to handle, turn garlic over; squeeze out cloves; chop finely; set aside.
