Dinner couldn't be any easier than this chicken dish. Just dump everything in the slow cooker, cook for 3 to 6 hours, shred the cooked chicken and that's it. Serve with mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice or on a bun with Provolone or your favorite chees
lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 packet Ranch dressing mix
1 c. jarred pepperoncini, sliced
1/2 c. butter
Place a slow cooker liner in the crock of a 6 quart slow cooker for easy clean up, if desired. Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker; cover.
Cook on High for 3 hours or on Low for 6-8 hours until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board; shred with a fork; place shredded chicken back into the slow cooker; carefully stir to coat in the sauce.
