1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
2 1/2 t. dried basil, not over 1 year old or it will be stale
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 pinch salt
1/4 c. freshly, finely grated Parmesan cheese (not packaged grated bagged store bought)
