Use this delicious salad dressing on salads, as a meat marinade or perhaps on a Greek pizza.
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 t. garlic powder
2 t. oregano
1 t. basil
1 t. onion powder
1 t. Dijon mustard
1/4 t. ground sea salt
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a jar; shake until combined.
6 servings.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week. Take it out a few minutes before serving or microwave it for 15 seconds to soften it.
