There's pumpkin bread and then there is pumpkin bread with chocolate chips! This is the best pumpkin bread ever. It's super easy to make, is very moist and is loaded with chocolate chips. It makes the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 15 oz. canned pumpkin
- 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 T. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 3/4 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t. ground cloves
- 1/4 t. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 12 oz. package chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease, flour then line the bottoms of two 9x5 inch loaf pans with parchment paper.
- Add sugar and butter to a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well combined. Add eggs, pumpkin and vanilla; mix to combine.
