Big holiday meals will soon be upon us and so is the need for a crowd size dessert. This beautiful trifle is full of brownie chunks, Snickers candy and Cool Whip.
1 package brownie mix, prepared according to package directions
16 oz. container Cool Whip
14 oz. jar caramel syrup
6 full-size Snickers candy bars
chocolate syrup, for topping
caramel syrup, for topping
Prepare brownies according to package directions for a 9x13 inch baking dish, about 27-29 minutes; let cool; cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut candy bars into small pieces; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Cool Whip and caramel syrup until well combined; set aside.
In a glass bowl or trifle bowl, layer 1/3 of the Cool Whip mixture, 1/2 of the brownie pieces, and 1/3 of the candy bar pieces; repeat layers.
Drizzle chocolate and caramel syrups on top.
10 servings.
* This dessert can be made earlier in the day and stored in the refrigerator before serving, if desired.
