Make a fantastic, easy to prepare dinner using your bundt pan and stuffing it with Italian favorites like pepperoni, garlic Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and canned refrigerated biscuits.
Ingredients
- 2 - 16.3 oz. cans refrigerated biscuits, quartered
- 6 oz. pepperoni, quartered
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
- 1/4 c. butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 t. Italian seasoning
- 2 t. minced garlic (or 1/2 t. garlic powder)
- warmed marinara sauce, for dipping
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, except for marinara sauce; toss until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased 10 inch Bundt pan or a 9x13 inch baking dish.* Bake for 35-45 minutes or until rolls are cooked on the inside; cover with foil after 20 minutes or until top is browned, checking every 5 minutes towards the end of cooking to check for doneness.
