Description
You can never have to many desserts or snacks for the holidays. You'll be glad to have this quick and easy one to serve to guests or to take to a holiday gathering.
Ingredients
- 6 c. Rice or Corn Chex
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 t. vanilla
Steps
- Grease/spray or butter a large round bowl; pour in the cereal; set aside.
- Grease/spray a 9x13 inch pan; set aside.
- Combine the corn syrup and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; stir until it comes to a boil; immediately remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 c. peanut butter; immediately pour mixture over cereal; fold in; pour into the 9x13 pan.
