Ingredients

• 1 box spice cake mix
• 15 oz. canned pumpkin
• 2 eggs
• whipped cream, optional

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan; set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients on medium speed until combined.
3. Spread mixture into pan; bake 25-30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
