1 box spice cake mix
15 oz. canned pumpkin
2 eggs
whipped cream, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan; set aside.
In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients on medium speed until combined.
Spread mixture into pan; bake 25-30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
