Don't throw those over ripe bananas away! Use them to make this decadent banana bread with Reese's Peanut Butter cups. You'll be happy that you did!
Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
8 oz. bag Reese’s Mini cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x4 loaf pan with butter or shortening.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together mashed bananas, peanut butter, oil, egg and sugars.
Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients; stir until just combined. The batter will be lumpy.
Fold in Reese’s Mini cups; spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake for about 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool in loaf pan for 10 minutes; loosen the edges of the pan with a knife; remove from pan; transfer bread to a cooling rack.
