Treat yourself and guests to the best white hot chocolate ever with this adult version. It's a sweet, creamy and rich beverage that's great for special occasions.
6 c. whole milk
2 c. Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 T. vanilla extract
9 oz. RumChata liquor (cream liqueur), about 6 shots
whipped cream and ground cinnamon, for serving
Add whole milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk to a 4 quart crockpot; cover; cook on LOW heat for 2 hours or until the white chocolate chips are completely melted. Stir in the RumChata liquor.
Serve in mugs garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
