Description

Tis the season to have holiday parties and gatherings. These little snowmen will brighten up your holiday spread and make people smile. They make a wonderful sweet treat that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

• 14 oz. white chocolate
• 3/4 c. plus 1 T. heavy cream
• 2 t. vanilla
• 2 t. brandy, optional
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 t. cinnamon
• 2 c. finely crushed graham crackers or butter cookies
• 1/2 - 1 c. shredded coconut (or white sprinkles)
• 2 T. dark chocolate or 1 t. cocoa
• colored sugar paste, for decoration

Steps

1. Melt white chocolate with cream in the microwaves or in a double boiler.
2. Add vanilla, brandy and salt; stir to combine.
3. Mix cookie crumbs with cinnamon; add to the white chocolate mixture.
