These fun, festive brownies will make everyone smile at your holiday party. They are rich with mint and chocolate and so delicious.

Ingredients

• brownie mix for a 9x13 inch pan and ingredients listed on package
• 26 Mint Oreo cookies, chopped, divided*
• 2 c. white chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. heavy cream
• 1/4 t. peppermint extract
• 4 drops of leaf green food coloring
• red hots candies

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper; set aside.
2. Prepare brownie mix according to the directions on the package. Chop 16 Oreo cookies into quarters; mix into the brownie batter; spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
3. While baking, chop the remaining Oreo cookies into quarters; place into another bowl; set aside.
