Description
There is no need to sacrifice flavor in this turkey meatloaf. It's made with lots of herbs and spices and then finished with a wonderful glaze that puts it over the top. Serve it with your favorite sides.
Ingredients
- Meatloaf:
- 2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 c. plain breadcrumbs
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1 t. salt
- ½ t. black pepper
- ½ c. milk
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- Glaze:
- 1 c. ketchup
- ¼ c. brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ⅛ t. salt
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch glass baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, basil, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, milk, and Worcestershire sauce; knead until combined.
- Shape meat into a loaf.
