These savory bacon cream cheese bombs are tender, fluffy biscuits wrapped around a creamy cheese middle. Just be sure to make enough for everyone to enjoy.
1 can refrigerated biscuits
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 t. garlic powder*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, bacon, green onion, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Open the biscuit dough can; separate each biscuit; roll each out flat.
Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit dough piece; take edges of each biscuit dough piece and fold over until cheese is covered; pinch edges to seal.
Place all on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkled grated Cheddar cheese on each biscuit.
Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.

*If using garlic salt in place of garlic powder, reduce the quantity to 1/4 teaspoon.
