You had better make enough of these little gems, because they will go fast. They make the perfect appetizer or addition to a spaghetti dinner.
1/4 c. melted butter
2 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. freshly chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 (16.3-oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces; roll into balls.
Arrange biscuits about 1/4 inch apart from each other on the prepared baking sheet. Brush biscuits with butter mixture.
Bake until golden, about 25 minutes.
