Ingredients
- 6 - 7 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 3 - 4 T. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine broccoli and olive oil in a large zip close bag; shake to coat; add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the bag; shake to coat. Use your hands to rub the bag to help the coating stick to the broccoli.
- Spread broccoli in an even layer on prepared baking sheet, picking up any coating on the bottom and spreading it over the broccoli.
