These roll ups would make a great lunch to bring to enjoy at home or at work. There's no cooking involved so they are easy and quick to make. Serve with fruit or chips, if desired.
1/4 c. chive and onion cream cheese from an 8 oz. container
2 T. mayonnaise
6 slices bacon, cooked, cut into small pieces- about 1/2 c. (left over or bacon bits work great)
4 - eight inch flour tortillas for burritos, from an 11 oz. package
6 oz. thinly sliced cooked turkey (leftover or deli)
1 c. chopped Roma plum tomatoes
1 c. shredded lettuce
Spread cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top with turkey, tomatoes and lettuce. Roll up tightly.
Serve immediately, or wrap each roll-up separately in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
