Celebrate Valentine's Day or any day with your sweetie or the whole family with this perfect dessert. It's perfect because it's simple to make, delicious and very fancy and pretty and can be ready in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients

• 1 c. whipping cream
• 1 T. sugar
• 1/2 t. vanilla
• 2 c. frozen raspberries*
• 1/2 c. sugar

Steps

1. In a mixer, whip together the whipping cream, sugar and vanilla; set aside.
2. In a food processor, blend together the frozen raspberries and sugar. Once the raspberries have been blended, fold them in to the whipping cream.
3. Evenly distribute between 4-6 dessert cups or fancy glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
