With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious dinner in your slow cooker. Serve it over your favorite rice, if desired.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 oz. packet Ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
- 18 oz. can Progresso™ Vegetable Classics Creamy Mushroom Soup
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. water
- 1 T. chopped fresh chives or 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley leaves
- rice, for serving, if desired
Steps
- Spray a 3- 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle both sides of chicken thighs with Ranch dressing mix; place in slow cooker. Pour soup over chicken. Cover; cook on Low 3 - 4 hours or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut.
- In a small bowl, stir cornstarch and 2 T. water together until well blended; stir into mushroom sauce in the slow cooker; stir in chives and parsley. Cover; cook on Low 3 - 5 minutes or until thickened.
