There are no words to express how amazing these brownies are. These moist brownies will definitely cure your chocolate cravings. Serve with whipped topping or perhaps vanilla ice cream, if desired.
2 (18.4 oz.) packages family size chocolate fudge brownie mix
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. strong brewed coffee, at room temperature
4 eggs
3/4 c. chopped pecans
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1.75 oz. jar hot fudge topping
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together brownie mixes, butter, coffee, eggs and pecans until well blended. Pour into pan.
Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool brownies 5 minutes; poke several times with long-tined fork, wiping fork with paper towel if necessary.
In a 1 qt. saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk and fudge topping over medium-low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until hot (mixture must be hot).
Pour hot fudge mixture over cooled brownies. Cool 35 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with whipped topping.
