Description
These cheese crisps are so easy and economical to make yourself instead of buying them at the store. They're a great alternative to crackers. Serve them with soup, salad, pasta or by themselves as a snack. They disappear fast, so be sure to make enough.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- black pepper, favorite herbs or Everything Bagel Seasoning, optional (before baking)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Pour 1 heaping T. Parmesan cheese onto a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet; lightly pat down.* Repeat with remaining cheese, spacing the, about 1/2 inch apart.
- Bake for 3 - 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Let cool.
