Need a great dinner but don't have much time? This meal can be on your table in 30 minutes, only needs 6 ingredients, but best of all if wonderfully delicious.
1/2 lb. red cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 lb. yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, peeled and diced
6 oz. small fresh Mozzarella cheese balls
8 oz. ravioli, your favorite
1/4 c. basil pesto, homemade or store bought
Cook ravioli according to package instructions, about 4-9 minutes; drain; keep warm.
While cooking ravioli, combine all cherry tomatoes, avocado and Mozzarella cheese balls in a large bowl.
Add ravioli to the vegetables; add pesto to the bowl; toss gently to combine.
