Make this wonderful summertime dessert yourself and save a lot of money. It just may be the best ice cream dessert ever.
10 whole, chocolate graham crackers
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
14 oz. hot fudge sauce
1 1/2 c. red skinned peanuts
7.5 oz. Magic Shell chocolate coating
Remove ice cream from freezer to soften.
Line bottom of a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with graham crackers, breaking enough crackers in half to cover the entire bottom in a single layer.
Scoop half of the ice cream on top of the graham crackers, smashing the ice cream into a flat layer.
Pour hot fudge over the ice cream layer, spreading it out in a thin layer over the ice cream. Sprinkle half of the peanuts over the fudge.
Scoop remaining ice cream over the fudge and peanuts, gently pressing into a smooth layer, sealing in the fudge.
Sprinkle remaining peanuts over the ice cream in an even layer. Drizzle Magic Shell over the peanuts, securing them into place.
Place dish in the freezer for at least 3 hours before cutting.
24 servings.
