Don't agonize over what side dish to serve for dinner. These cheesy potatoes will be requested over and over again because they are so good and you'll want to make them because they are so easy.
32 oz. bag frozen, shredded hash browns
1 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. milk
2 t. black pepper
1 ½ t. salt
2 T. salted butter, cut into pieces
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix Swiss cheese, hash browns, salt and pepper together. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Drizzle heavy whipping cream and milk over the potatoes. Evenly distribute butter on top of potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 45 minutes; uncover; continue baking for 15 minutes, or until browned.
