These gooey, sweet Rice Krispie treats are even better than the original. They are full of chocolate, marshmallows, caramel, crispy cereal and potato chips!
4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
2 c. potato chips, gently crushed
36 Rolo Chocolate Caramel candies, unwrapped
10 oz. package mini-marshmallows
3 T. butter, melted
Line a 13x9 inch pan with waxed paper or aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large, microwaveable bowl, melt butter and marshmallows in the microwave for 2 minutes; stir halfway through with a silicone spatula that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Add cereal, potato chips and Rolo candy; gently stir until combined until the candy starts melting.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Press down on the mixture with fingers that have been dipped in water.
Allow to cool and set for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Slice into squares. Serve.
8-10 servings.
