With football games and holidays coming up, great dips are needed. This one is simple to make with yummy ingredients that are usually put on top of a loaded baked potato.
2 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 T. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 c. freshly grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cooked, chopped bacon
2 T. minced chives
salt and pepper, to taste
potato chips, pretzels, crackers, veggies, for serving
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch dressing until combined. By hand, stir in cheese, bacon and chives. Taste and add salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
10-12 servings.
