Let your slow cooker do the cooking for dinner tonight. It's an easy dish to make with just a few ingredients. Serve it with rice or egg noodles or perhaps with the chicken shredded on a bun.
3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 packet Ranch Dressing seasoning mix
1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix or Brown Gravy Mix
4 T. butter, sliced into chunks
1 jar pepperoncinis, with its juices
Lay chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle seasoning mix and gravy mix on top. Place butter chunks evenly on top. Add pepperoncinis with juices
.
Cook on Low for 4-5 hours.
