Ingredients
- 12 oz. jarred marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6 saltine crackers, finely crushed
- 8 oz. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- dash Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Drain artichokes, reserving 2 T. marinade.
- Chop artichoke hearts; set aside. Saute chopped onion in reserved marinade until soft; drain; set aside.
