Coat slow cooker with cooking spray.

Apple Butter:
Add apples, apple juice and all spices to the slow cooker; cover. Cook on High for 1 hour. Turn off slow cooker.

Add a third of the stewed apple mixture to a food processor; blend until apples are smooth. Repeat this process until all of the stewed apples are blended.

Pour mixture back into the slow cooker. Turn slow cooker on Low; cook for 6-8 hours. The apple mixture will be about half of what it had been. Set aside.
