Who knew that mimosas don't have to be made with orange juice? These are made with apple cider in place of the orange juice. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- Mimosas:
- 4 c. apple cider, chilled (NOT apple cider vinegar)
- 750 ml bottle Prosecco, Cava or favorite dry sparkling wine, chilled
- Garnish:
- 1/4 c. fresh apple cider
- 2 t. ground cinnamon
- 1 T. granulated sugar
- 1 apple slice per cocktail
Steps
- Pour 1/4 c. apple cider into a plate or bowl.
- Combine cinnamon and sugar on another plate or sauces. Dip top of champagne glasses into the apple cider, then dip in cinnamon-sugar to coat; set aside for a minute to dry.
- Fill champagne flutes about halfway with apple cider; top off with sparkling wine.
