Description

Well, technically since this cocktail is made with vodka and not gin with vermouth, it's not a martini. But who cares? It's a festive holiday drink that everyone will love!

Ingredients

1/4 c. crushed candy canes
6 oz. white chocolate liqueur
4 oz. vodka

Pour melted chocolate onto a shallow plate; place crushed candy canes on a separate shallow plate. Dip rims of martini glasses first into melted chocolate, then into crushed candy canes.

Pour remaining chocolate into the bottom of the glasses; swirl to coat the bottom one third of the glasses with chocolate. Place glasses in freezer while preparing the cocktail.

Combine white chocolate liqueur, vodka, peppermint schnapps and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker; fill to the top with ice; shake until cold.

Evenly divide the drink between 3 martini glasses. Serve, each glass garnished with a candy cane.

Makes 3 cocktails.
