Coconut lovers, you will absolutely love this cocktail! It's a creamy cocktail that's full of coconut, mint and lime flavors that will put everyone in the holiday mood.

Ingredients

• 1 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1/4 c. fresh mint leaves
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. white rum
• 1/2 c. coconut rum
• 1 c. canned coconut milk
• ice
• sparkling water
• pomegranate seeds and mint leaves, for garnish

Steps

1. In a large pitcher, muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar just until the leaves have broken down a bit.
2. In a blender, combine white rum, coconut rum and coconut milk; pulse until smooth. Pour over the mint/lime sugar mixture; stir to combine.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
