2 - 15 1/4 oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 - 15 oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
8 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
3/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped*
1/4 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 t. salt
tortilla chips, for serving

In a very large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 11 cups.
*Wear disposable gloves when cutting hot peppers because the oils can burn your skin. Avoid touching your face.
