Holiday time calls for special treats and that includes your coffee. This gingerbread is so delicious and easy to make, you will want to enjoy it all year long.
1 c. milk
1 c. brewed coffee, at room temperature
2 T. molasses
3 - 4 T. brown sugar
1 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. ground ginger
1 t. vanilla extract
4 c. ice
Brew coffee; allow to cool to room temperature.
Combine milk, coffee, molasses, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla extract; place in a high powered blender; blend on low speed for a few seconds until mixed;
add ice cubes; blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
2 large servings or 4 small ones.
