Description
These meatballs are easy, delicious and will definitely be a hit as an appetizer or served with spaghetti. They have a nice, crispy crust and a juicy center that is full of wonderful flavor.
Ingredients
- 1- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t. dried basil
- 1 t. salt
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/4-1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. plain dried bread crumbs
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking pan or baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix just until ingredients are evenly distributed. Shape into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls, making them all roughly the same size for even cooking.
- Bake 25 -30 minutes.
