Rolo Cookies
Description
This cookie recipe is a winner. They only require 5 ingredients, about 30 minutes to make and people who love chocolate and gooey caramel surrounded by chocolate cake.
Ingredients
15 oz. Devil's Food Cake mix, sifted
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
12 oz. bag Rolo candies, unwrapped
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line three baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. The mixture will be thick.
Take about a 1/2 T. of the dough to cover the Rolo; form a ball around the candy; roll in powered sugar; place on prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Press down slightly; allow to cool for a few minutes.
Makes about 48 cookies.
