These roasted cauliflower florets are easy to make and can be served in a variety of ways, like as an appetizer, in pastas, soups or salads. They are crunchy on the edges, soft on the insides and have a delicious flavor.
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
non-stick cooking spray
2 T. olive oil
1 t. fine sea salt
1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper that is safe for baking at high temperatures, non-stick aluminum foil or grease baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread cauliflower florets out evenly on prepared baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder; toss gently, evenly coating the cauliflower.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until soft and lightly golden.
Serve hot.
