Description

Summer means picnics, pool parties and get togethers. Celebrate with a refreshing Spanish cocktail. It's quick to make. Use a favorite red wine, but it doesn't need to be expensive since it's mixed with Coca Cola.

Ingredients

• 2 c. red wine, chilled
• 2 c. Coca Cola, chilled
• 1 lemon, sliced
• ice cubes
• fresh mint, for garnish

Steps

1. In a large beverage container or jug, combine wine and coke; add sliced lemon.
2. Serve chilled over ice and garnished with mint, if preferred.
3. Makes 1 quart for 4 servings.
