Aunt Betty's 1-2-3 Individual Serving Cake

This cake recipe is called 1-2-3 remembering, 3 T. cake mix, 2 T. water and 1 minute cooked in the microwave is all that it takes to make this winning recipe. It makes great individual desserts quickly that are great to serve in a pinch when company comes
Ingredients
1 box Angel Food cake mix (do not substitute)
1 box any flavor cake mix
2 T. water for each individual serving
dollop of whipped cream or fresh fruit, for garnish if desired

Using a large plastic bowl with a tightly fitting lid or a large zip lock bag, combine the 2 boxes of cake mix, stirring or shaking together well.
For each individual serving:
Take out 3 T. of the cake mixture and mix it with 2 T. of water in a small, microwave-safe container, like a small coffee mug. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
Serve, topped with a dollop of whipped topping or fruit, if desired.
Keep the mix tightly sealed in an airtight container until used.
