Description

Although this is not what would be called a pretty cake, it makes up for that with its super richness, taste and moistness. Serve with with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Ingredients

• 1 box Dark Chocolate Fudge cake (or Milk Chocolate Fudge) mix plus oil, eggs and water as directed
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 c. butter, softened or melted
• 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 - 1 t. vanilla extract
• 4 c. powdered sugar
• 1/2 c. chocolate chips
• 1 c. miniature Reese's peanut butter cups, unwrapped and cut in halves

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together ingredients for chocolate fudge cake as directed on box.
3. Pour fudge cake batter into prepared baking dish; set aside.
