Garlic Butter Bread:
Microwave butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, until butter is melted.

Cut each dinner roll into halves; roll each piece into a ball.

Place dough balls along the outer edge of a 13 inch cast iron skillet, leaving the center open. Brush the tops of the roll balls with melted butter mixture. Set aside remaining butter.

Cover; let rise until almost doubled, about 30 minutes. While dough is rising, preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake until dough balls are set and beginning to brown, 15-18 minutes.

Dip:
Combine cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pizza sauce. Spoon into the center of skillet.

Topping:
Top with the remaining sauce, Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Brush rolls with some remaining butter mixture.

Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes; remove foil; bake 10 minutes or until dip is heated through and rolls are golden brown.

Top with basil, Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes.

Serve immediately.

12 servings.
