Celebrate with this gorgeous, amazing cake. It's delicious and moist with hints of a strawberry margarita.

Ingredients

• White Cake:
• 2 boxes white cake mix
• 8 large egg whites
• 2 1/2 c. water
• 1 c. canola oil
• 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
• 3 large limes, zested
• Strawberry Lime Frosting:
• 1 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
• 4 T. tequila
• 2 T. triple sec
• 4 T. strawberry puree, prepared
• 9 c. powdered sugar, sifted
• 2 t. lime zest

Steps

1. Cake:
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray three 8 inch round cake pans with cooking spray; set aside.
3. Using a stand mixer, beat together cake mixes, egg whites, water and canola oil until combined. Whisk in lime juice and lime zest until incorporated.
