You will get rave reviews when serving this pasta, lettuce and bacon salad. It's quick and easy to prepare and goes with just about any main dish. Add cooked chicken, avocado or anything your heart desires to make it your own.
16 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and rinsed
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
3 T. sugar
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 t. celery salt
1 1/2 t. onion powder
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. smoked paprika
1/4 t. dry dill
1 t. black pepper
5 green onions, thinly sliced
4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 head Romaine lettuce, thinly chopped
12 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cook pasta until al dente; drain; rinse.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, apple cider vinegar, celery salt, onion and garlic powders, smoked paprika, dill and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Add macaroni, green onions and diced tomatoes; toss until evenly coated; cover. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve chilled and tossed with the lettuce and bacon.
