This mousse like dessert is great to serve anytime. Make it in elegant dessert glasses for individual servings for special occasions or in a 9x13 inch dish. Biscoff spread is a great option for anyone with peanut allergies.
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
4 oz. package instant chocolate pudding (powder)
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter spread (at Amazon or find near peanut butter at Target or grocery stores)
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
2-3 T. milk
marshmallows and graham crackers, for garnish and layers
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, powdered pudding, milk and Biscoff Cookie spread; fold in Cool Whip.
Pipe mixture into cups; garnish with graham crackers and marshmallows. Place halved marshmallows in between layers, if desired.
Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight to give it a firmer consistency.
8 servings.
*If desired, place large marshmallows in between layers and if making in a 9x13 inch dish, use graham crackers in between layers.
